Author of The Women's Survival Guide,
Lisa Creedon draws on a successful, faith-based marriage of 24+ years to share her insights on how to maintain a positive,
self-valuing vision of yourself while dealing with life's challenges.
As an older mom, Lisa saw the need for this information as she interacted with younger mothers. "I was so flattered
that these sweet ladies were coming to me for advice," Lisa said. "One day, after discussing healthy recipes that
could be prepared on a tight budget, my friend said, 'You should write a book!' Two years later, the book was
ready for print."
Whether you are a stay-at-home or working
mom, newly-married or an empty nester, with or without children, you can benefit from the wealth of information found
in Lisa's book. Using anecdotal experiences to illustrate the choices open to you, she provides proven, real-world
solutions to many of the problems -- both large and small -- that face today's active women.
Lisa lives in Snellville, Georgia with her husband. They have two daughters, a 21 year old theater major and
a 15 year old budding musician. She is a devoted wife and mother, a passionate animal lover, an avid gardener, and she
loves to cook. Lisa also enjoys writing, reading, photography, home improvement projects, and teaching community
school classes. Her latest challenge is learning to speak Spanish.
