Lisa Creedon spent years as the "go to" person -- listening to problems, answering questions and offering advice. She decided to put pen to paper (no, really it was the computer) and write books that would be helpful to many.

Spending her childhood as a bookworm prepared her to be an Internet research-addict in adult life! Her interest in a wide variety of topics, aided by an impressive memory for facts and stories, provided the perfect combination for writing self-help books.

While pleased with The Women's Survival Guide, she felt there was a great need for a book that more directly addressed resolutions for the stress that so many people, especially women, seemed to struggle with on a daily basis. Thus, Lose Your Stress, Find Your Joy! became a reality. The aforementioned books are written with a religious undertone.

Then, Ms. Creedon's children grew older and began driving. After several minor car accidents, she realized that while Driver's Education was a valuable course, it did not cover the day-to-day obstacles we encounter as seasoned drivers. The Ride Guide: What you don't know CAN hurt you! was the answer.

Ms. Creedon is passionate about helping others and this message - this mission, is consistently reflected in her books.

Written with the new driver in mind, The Ride Guide also offers excellent information for experienced drivers. For example, the chapter "Who's Watching You?" provides scary yet real-life advice for protecting ourselves while driving.

The Ride Guide is a concise, well-researched book and includes input from automotive professionals as well as the police. The printed copy includes "Service Records" and "Basic Maintenance Checklist" forms in the back of the book.

In these stressful times, it seems many people are having difficulty keeping joy in their lives. Through stories, advice and personal anecdotes, the author inspires and motivates readers to step up and take charge of finding the joy they deserve each and every day!
A handy Study Guide in the back of the book helps  readers identify primary joy-stealers and chart their progress as they move to a more joy-filled life.
